A location correction for installing OpenCV for cross-compilation

The default installation script locates in "~/EAI-PP/Labs/Software" folder.

So I think the correct should be this, please review.

cp ~/EAI-PP/Labs/Software/OpenCV-4.1.0-armv8_64.sh ~/Software/
